1. Border Road Organization (BRO)- Junior Engineer (Civil)

Educational Qualification- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute or (a) Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute/ Board; and (b) Two years working experience in Planning/ Execution/ Maintenance of Civil Engineering works.


2. Border Road Organization (BRO)- Junior Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)

Educational Qualification- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute; or (a) Three years Diploma in Electrical/ Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute/ Board; and (b) Two years experience in Planning/ Execution/ Maintenance of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering works.

3. Central Public Works Department (CPWD)- Junior Engineer (Civil)

Educational Qualification- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.

4. Central Public Works Department (CPWD)- Junior Engineer (Electrical)

Educational Qualification- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.

5. Central Water and Power Research Station- Junior Engineer (Civil)


Educational Qualification- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute.

6. Central Water and Power Research Station- Junior Engineer (Electrical)

Educational Qualification- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute.

7. Central Water and Power Research Station- Junior Engineer (Mechanical)

Educational Qualification- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute.

8. Central Water Commission- Junior Engineer (Civil)

Educational Qualification- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

9. Central Water Commission- Junior Engineer (Mechanical)

Educational Qualification- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

10. Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval)- Junior Engineer (Mechanical)

Educational Qualification- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute; or (a) Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution plus (b) Two years experience in the respective field.

11. Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval)- Junior Engineer (Electrical)

Educational Qualification- Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University; or (a) Three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution plus (b) Two years experience in the respective field.

12. Farakka Barrage Project- Junior Engineer (Civil)

Educational Qualification- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute or Board.

13. Farakka Barrage Project- Junior Engineer (Electrical)

Educational Qualification- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute or Board.

14. Farakka Barrage Project- Junior Engineer (Mechanical)


Educational Qualification- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute or Board.

15. Military Engineer Services (MES)- Junior Engineer (Civil)

Educational Qualification- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University Or (a) Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or Board; and (b) Two years experience in Planning, Execution and Maintenance of Civil Engineering works.

16. Military Engineer Services (MES)- Junior Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)

Educational Qualification- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University; Or (a) Three years diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or Board; and (b) Two years experience in Planning, Execution and Maintenance of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering works.

17. National Technical Research Organization (NTRO)- Junior Engineer (Civil)

Educational Qualification- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution.

18. National Technical Research Organization (NTRO)
- Junior Engineer (Electrical)

Educational Qualification- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution.

19. National Technical Research Organization (NTRO)- Junior Engineer (Mechanical)

Educational Qualification- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution

Pay: Level-6 (Rs 35400-112400/-) of pay matrix of 7th Central Pay Commission.

Age limit as on 01.01.2021:

Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Central Water Commission: Up to 32 years
Others: Up to 30 years

Permissible relaxation in upper age limit is as per Govt. of India rules.


Application Fee:
Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only)

Fee can be paid through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit card or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan. 

Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with disabilities (PwD) and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
